วิกฤติการณ์โควิด 19 ในครั้งนี้ เป็นสถานการณ์ที่เลวร้ายที่สุดของการท่องเที่ยวทั่วโลก ผมขอส่งกำลังใจให้บุคคลากรทางการแพทย์ ผู้ป่วยและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกท่านให้ผ่านพ้นปัญหานี้ไปได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

ในส่วนของโรงแรมในเครือกะตะธานี คอลเลคชั่น ผมขอยืนยันในปรัชญาการบริหารแบบกะตะธานีที่เราได้ร่วมสร้างกันมาเกือบ 40 ปี ที่เราดูแลกันดุจญาตมิตรเป็นครอบครัวเดียวกัน ในช่วงแห่งความยากลำบากนี้ผมยืนยันที่จะดูแลพนักงานโดยจ่ายเงินเดือนและให้สวัสดิการตามปกติ ไม่ลดจำนวนคน ขอสร้างความมั่นใจให้กับผู้บริหารและพนักงานทุกคนในเครือกะตะธานีคอลเลคชั่น

ในช่วงเวลานี้ขอให้พวกเราทุกคนดูแลลูกค้าของเราให้ดียิ่งกว่าสถานการณ์ปกติ เพื่อให้ได้รับความประทับใจสูงสุด สร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับการท่องเที่ยวของประเทศ

ในขณะเดียวกันให้พนักงานทุกคนช่วยกันดูแลรักษาสุขภาพของตนเองทั้งกายและใจ ขอให้ประหยัด อดออม มีวินัยทางการเงิน ช่วยกันพัฒนาศักยภาพของตัวเองตามวัฒนธรรมองค์กร นอกจากนี้ขอให้ทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมเพื่อควบคุมการระบาดของโรค

ในทุกวิกฤตมีโอกาสให้เราได้เรียนรู้ ถอดบทเรียนต่างๆ ขอให้เราผ่านพ้นวิกฤตการณ์นี้ไปด้วยกัน เพื่อที่จะกลับมาเข้มแข็งกว่าเดิม

The Covid-19 pandemic is the worst crisis in the history of world’s tourism. I wish to send my thoughts and support to all the medical teams, patients and everyone involved and to get through this hardship, in due course.
